Property Manager
Clover Properties, LLC
June 2012 – August 2015 | Seattle, Washington
For a little over three years, I served as the property manager for a 12-unit building in the heart of Seattle’s University District. During this time I:
- Showed rooms, rented vacancies, and scheduled maintenance quickly and efficiently; managed and maintained tenant, maintenance, and other administrative records in an accessible and organized fashion.
- Performed light cleaning and maintenance and identified more serious maintenance issues preemptively, thereby reducing costs and generating tenant goodwill.
- Fostered a warm and friendly atmosphere while also maintaining discipline. Anticipated tenant needs and provided timely service; created opportunities for tenants to communicate and socialize; solicited their feedback and earned their trust and respect.
Although I moved away when I graduated from the University of Washington, the pages I created for the house are still in use by its owners, and therefore still available (with a few changes) on this website, via the links below.
