Payments & Discounts

I generally charge $70/hour – which is steep, I know. But I offer a few discounts which may help:

A $10/hour discount if you leave me a review on universitytutor.com. Which shouldn’t take you more than two minutes, really.
A $10/hour discount for remote students, since working via Skype and screensharing isn't quite as nice as meeting in person.
A $5/hour discount for each new client I get as a referral.

But! I won’t work for less than $10/hour, so at that point you won't save anything by sending additional clients my way : -)

I do charge for prep time and travel time, though if you want to meet anywhere in DC's Northeast (my neck of the woods) I won't charge for that. And I’ll accept most forms of payment – cash (preferred), paypal, and personal checks. I might be open to popmoney or something similar – check with me if you have something else in mind.
