German trains are amazing. Which has nothing to do with the beauty of the Dresden train station per se, but here it is nonetheless:
The German train system is so well-organized, they can tell you days in advance the track your train will arrive at. And not only that; they can tell you where on the platform you should stand so that you can step right on to the right car.
Here’s a look at the restaurant car on the train to Amsterdam.
